Job Title: Property Development Consultant

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying potential property development sites and establishing and maintaining long-standing relationships with real estate agents, landowners, and other key stakeholders. As a Property Development Consultant, you will contribute to the continued success of Enduring Group by leveraging your expertise in finance, construction, and contract negotiation to drive profitable development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and evaluate potential property development sites through market research, site visits, and due diligence processes.
– Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landowners, and other relevant parties to expand the network of potential development opportunities.
– Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine the viability of potential projects.
– Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop project concepts, cost estimates, and timelines.
– Negotiate property acquisitions, sales agreements, and other contractual arrangements.
– Oversee and manage the development process from initial concept to project completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements.
– Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and government policies to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly desirable.
– Proven experience minimum 2 years in property development, with a focus on identifying and acquiring potential development sites.
– Strong network of contacts within the South Australian real estate industry, including real estate agents, landowners, and other influential stakeholders.
– In-depth knowledge of property market dynamics, zoning regulations, and planning processes in South Australia.
– Solid financial acumen and proficiency in conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
– Experience in contract negotiation, project management, and construction coordination.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
